Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I just got back on track today for my excirse!! I walked my female dog!! I ran and walked,, with her.. To my local town park.. Not a playground of course.. I did for about an hour.. I am sick of my belly haning out in pants. I said enough of this... I don't want to become obses.. No way!! by the time I finsh my homeschooling 3-4 years.... I want to be comfotable in my clothing.. This time I want to stay true to my promises ..... And stick with it. I know I can do this!! I hope to be a size 3)4) Juniours by May or June!! = new summer clothes!! I will defntily go to delia's for new summer clothes!! shorts,tank tops,short carogs, t shrits... I will get my feet pamered my frined Justine is still strss out.. She is still facing bullying.... So try to comfort her. If she comes on the chat borad.. The website is called stopbullyingov.. I texted my frined that website.. I had only one serving !! for my meals all day.. Lost track of snacks. But got back on track too for that!!! Maddie I got back on track!!! I wish delia's would expand all over the place.. So girls don't give up hope,, even some of you are obses morbid obses!! you can defat by changing your bad haibts to good eating habits.. You can change you 3-4 7-8 hours computer time. To being active outsied playing or doing sports. I learned that I should be spending more time being active.. I want to imprive my heatbeat.. And keep blood presser healthy.. No I don't want deitabets.. So think about what you want most being helahty and fit? or being fat having health issues? and not be able to get clothes in stores..
