Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - i keep saying im going to start exercising tomorrow and it never happens :/

Lol i used to do that too ~ even now there are days when i really don't feel like exercising. But i told myself that im going to start small. At first it was just ten minutes a day, now it's 20 and ill continue to increase it over time. I'm not one of those people who can do 100 sit ~ ups or go jogging for an hour. But id rather do something small than nothing at all. And if I don't exercise one day, so what? It's not a train smasher.

Aww I used to do that too what I did was I chose a day a few weeks ahead (it's easier to choose a new day of a month or holiday so it's like a fresh start) and you keep in your head that at that point your going to try harder, also start off small , goodluck :)
