If your craving for food and all. First things first grab a glassful of water and drink it! It'll fill up your stomach so it doesn't feel empty.
If that doesn't work and your hand is on the verge of touching a snack. Do what i do , EAT GUM!
Sugar-free ones though. They're only about 5 calories and will fight off cravings for food. It is not recommended to do this all the time or you'll stomach will ache. Just for emergencies.
As for me ,I use water and gum to replace my big meals. I start off with one regular meal and eat only half a stick each meal. I'm only doing that cause I'm really dedicated to it.
The trick is to chew slowly so your mouth works alot. Making it less likely to want more food cause your jaw is tired. Anyways its just tips.

I agree with the drinking water thing, but maybe im just weird ~ chewing gum makes me feel hungry.
