Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 125 lb - I started losing weight around last year i was doing really good very motivated but now i feel stuck and i cant seem to lose anymore. i am very active I swim play softball workout and everything i just dont know what im doing wrong. starting today me and my bestfriend are going on a diet and workout plan together!
