I keep telling myself "I"m going to excersize" but I never do! I'm afraid to go on the scale, because I know I've gained weight. My legs look so big and it actually turns out that i'm a n inch shorter than I originally thought, so my bmi is even higher. I want to say I'll start fresh tomorrow, but will I really? THis is so frustrating! I want to look good for Spring Break, but I don't know if i'll make it! I thought I was fat at 130lbs, now I would do anything to be there again!

Drink lots of water, you can do this! losing weight is a learning cruve!! when you reach your goal try dealia's because they have a great ravirty of clothing!! sizes Xs-2XL.. go to the website or request a catlog to go to the mail.. Reply from taylor, Age 16 - 02/27/12 - IP#: 108.98.26.xxx Pick a day ahead of time I usually do Monday bc its the start of a weekand drink lots of water and if u drink pop then try to substitute it with water... and I have the same prob I wanna lose 30 lbs b4 july cuz I'm going to florida but its hard for me to acctually do it lol
