Reply from Melissa, Age 18 - 03/02/12 - IP#: 24.2.110.xxx I don't think it matters when you exercise as long as you just do it. Sometimes I don't get around to exercising until 11:00 PM. However, doing it in the morning probably boosts your metabolism for the day and keeps it up...and doing it at night burns calories and boosts your metabolism as well...like I said, either way, I think you're fine as long as you just do it.
Reply from Maddie, Age 14 - 02/29/12 - IP#: 208.90.180.xxx I'm homeschooled so before I start math, I bike to Circle K and get a nutrition bar for breakfast. Its a really good habit be cause it makes me work for my food and I burn 600 calories to get up there and back :).
