I got upset and told her I didn't want to talk to her, because I am very sensitive about my weight. Yeah, maybe overly sensitive, but until I can love and see my body in a good way i'm going to be sad! She started yelling at me and saying that I had a problem and it's sad that we can't crack jokes. I don't want to joke about my body or my eating habits! Ugh, she makes me so mad!

Ask your I am hungrey because my stomach is growling, I am eating because I am strssted out? I am eating because I am bored? I am eating because I am mad? I am eating because food is staring at my face? well if it is that case walk away from it. I am thristy? or is my brain trying to trick me?? Lucy you can do this!!!!! ask your mom to hide junk food in places where you be able to acess so eaisly..... Just keep your head strong Lucy. Jessica16.
