In fact you really shouldn't drink your calories, it's just dumb. What I do is try to incorporate a fruit into every meal and then eat 2 veggie snacks a day. limit yourself to one serving of what you really want. Use a smaller plate...it makes it seem like you're eating more than you really are. take your weight, divide it in half and that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking in a day...When exercise doesn't seem to fit into your schedule, make it fit! Set time aside for it just like you'd set aside time for homework. Make it a habit, a routine. I like to run, that's just me. I'm running a 5K in August for charity (so pick exercise that means something to you or makes you feel good!) I also really love YOGA. Not just for how relaxing it can be but it really does help with strength, balance, and flexibility and will ultimately help you out in any kind of exercise. Also, follow this link and I do this every night, faithfully.
