Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 120 lb - I need to get back on track soooo bad. I have a terrible time for some reason counting my calories and I was watching the biggest loser today and I just wish I could succeed at losing weight like they have... if anyone has any tips at all please tell me :)

Look at lables, calories, 1400 calories is healhty for your hight, body frame, bone type. Write in the calotires in your food jounrial , Healthy calroies, drink lots of water, counting calories is very important, poriton sized severings is very helpful.
