u can`t drop 20lbs in one week!maybe 3 a week but not 20!you should lose about 10lbs a month....

Remember Urkie changing your eating habits, and less sitting, drink lots of water, small healthy portions, like having a healthy lunch, you want your meal cut in half, half lean meat, half vegtable, or touf.. You don't want to drink soda everyday, drinking more water, makes you fuller, poriton sized! walking, slow running,, jog, eating less will help you,, you can do like 1-2 pounds a week!! you will likely lose 20 pounds a week..
