Reply from Jessica, Age 16 - 04/23/12 - IP#: 76.1.239.xxx bella ingroe that replay, eat small healthy portions, drink lots of water, walking, slow running, jog, calorie counting is very important, recmmand weightloss safely is 1-2 pounds a week, cut everything you eat in half, don't kill youself, you can do this! I am still sturggling with my weight issue, your not alone on here, just ingroe that reply, that is not a nice one I saw, just ingroe, it, jump rope, excrsieing for the first few mounths you should 5-10 miuntes then 15- 30- 60 miuntes, drinking water before a meal makes you fuller, you want to caloute everything you eat, some things you need to cut back.
