Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 110 lb - So I'm sick :( It sucks because I wanted to go to the store to buy my new bike inner-tube so I could ride today but instead I'm laying on the couch with a sore throat, blowing my nose :( Other then that I'm doing okay :)
My goals this month (MAY):
Lose 8.5lbs (142lbs)
Put away $150 for new clothing for school
Get all A's on my homeschool work (Been getting B's :()
Get my mom to buy a blender (I love smoothies)
Hang out with my best friend more often (We live 30 minutes away from each other)
Volunteer at the local foodbank twice a week and the dog rescue once a week
Drink 10 cups of water a day
I've still got more goals but I'm really tired :).
Anyways how are you guys?

Heyy Maddie,
its kinda a quadink-adink, i need a new inner tube to,im volunteering this summer at habitat for humanity, the humane society and a local food pantry, and at my aunt trudy`s benefit for fallen war heroes.she also has a 5k run, i hope i can compete!For ur cold drink hot black tea with lemon and honey (sugar if wanted) for ur thorat and boil a pot of water with basil and uccalilpis(idk how to spell it but its in vicks, its a plant) if u have any if not then mint will work. When its done boiling inhale the steam through ur nose as much as u can, it makes ur nose runnier so u can blow the gunk out!
