Ht. 5'2", Start: 474 lb, Today: 474 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 127 lb - I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on getting started. I really need some help, because my weight keeps going up. Thanks

hey ellie you should start with reducing you food proportions and replacing unhealthy with healthy food-like sugar in cereal could be replaced with honey that will make a big dffrence trust me. drink alot of water-for example only eat fruit in school u will still feel hungary and then you will tend to drink water-keep refilling your bottle if required. excercise go on youtube and cheak out videos start with 10 mins then move on to half an hour and then an hour try to excerise atleast 3 times a week. weigh yourself only once a week and have a cheat day this is when you treat yourself with a little choclate or something and do a little less excercise then usually.......pretty sure this will help....if u lose motivation remember why you started and remeber how good you will look when you reach your goal......keep going i'll pray for you but rember only you can change for yourself no one else will change for you!!!!!!!!!<3

Ellie, remeber weightloss does not happen over night,, you have to make life changes instead of eating big portions of food, have small healthy portions, drink lots of water, have whole grians, vetgables, furits, 85%-90& lean meat, excisering like walking.
