Ht. 5'9", Start: 605 lb, Today: 605 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - So hi guys I'm new and need help. I have gained a lot. I am massive like can't get up unassisted, my stomach hangs to almost my knees. I have a huge tyre of fat round my middle that hurts cause it hangs so heavy. I can't fit through some doors and I eat constantly. I sometimes have trouble breathing and can't walk more than 20 metres without having to sit down. I take up 2 chairs and still hang over the edge. I'm scared that soon I won't be able to move cause I'm not too far off. Help

Drink water and eat many fruits and vegetables - it will help get rid of that fat. Can you exersize? Do what you can, even if it is only a two minute walk. Muscle burns fat even when you are asleep.

Taylor don't beat youself up,, remember weight loss is not going to happen over night,, instead of overeating, what I did was change my eating habits, I started my excirse very slow by walking,, drink lots of water,,strt excirseing very slowly, by walking, from you house to the mail box, you need to do calorie counting, you are defnily taking a lot more calories,, you can lose weight, with support ,, it takes time,, you can be some what helahty by the time you graute high school, this Woman who once weighed half of your weight, she weighed 575 lbs at her heavest,, she lost the weight,, by eating healthy small portions, she says walking,, helped her get the wiehgt, she lost 410 pounds without sugrey, you will have to lose 405 pounds. It will take time and panctes,, we are here to support you,, picture youself being healthy and shoping with your teen friends, you would be so happy!! don't give up,,, eating constanly not a good idea, instead of doing that listen to soft muisc, ask your family to lock the canbets, or have them hide the food so you can't find it very eaisly,, ,, are you a girl? or boy? Taylor, man now there are two Taylors.. You denfily have a good mind,, to wanting to change your life style,, carido, like dance slow,, then once you get use to, you want to do 15, and the an hour then two and three hours.
