From Maddie, Age 14 - 05/13/12 - IP#: 208.90.180.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 111 lb - I'm starting my 18 week plan! (It's my own plan I created so I can be at my best in when I go into soccer in the Fall) Basically, I increase my running distance each week until I can run a 20k race (Thats 12.4 miles) without stopping. In addition to that I will be doing 1hr step ups, 30 minutes weight training and will jog with my dog Faygo, which the distance will also increase each week. I should be losing 2-2.5 pounds each week until I reach my goal weight of 111lbs. I'm really excited and can't wait to get going!
