Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 142 lb - Had a tiring but great work out. Was worth it (: This year I plan to be a better me. Little by little I am learning to love myself. Visiting family in Mexico on the 16th and since my grandma lives on the beach I will take advantage of swimming in the ocean for one hour and doing my best to eat smart(: I will also try out a little more outfits rather than my band t-shirts but im so afraid of showing my arm fat so i just cover it up. :/
