From Chloe, Age 14 - 06/14/12 - IP#: 82.2.31.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 11 st 5, Today: 11 st 0 (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 10 st 0 - i hate my weight. i know i need to loose some, i have no confidence in myself. i find it very difficult. i binge eat on unneccesary food. i know i dont need it but im home alone each night for atleast half an hour after school. enough time to binge eat. i say to myself im going to stop it but i cant. then i just regret it and try to throw it up. which never works. im going on holiday in a few months and i really want to feel confident in how i look. any advice on how to stop the binge eating? its not as simple as just not buying it because ive asked my mum not to and her answer is no, because she says its not fair on my younger brother. (Note: 11 st 0 is 154 lb.)

Something that might help you is if you have a weight loss buddy that you can e-mail or text or call when you feel the need to eat. Just something that will distract you from eating will help. If you need encouragement or motivation, just e-mail me at confidentgirl95@yahoo.com. You can lose weight. It's not impossible, trust me :)

I had to find out why was I eating? was it because I am hungrey? or was it strss?? borad??? ,, instead of binge eating, when at home alone, find other things to do like playing music on your radio or if you have I pod try that,, stay out of the kitchen when you are not hungrey,, dance in your room, take a walk, jog,, ,, drink water, sugarless gum, tic tacks, sour mints,, I find those things very hepful to keep myself from binge eating, remember weight loss is not going to happen over night, but it takes time to get the weight,, what others have done,, you put your brother's stuff in his canvent, or could your mom to hide it somewhere locked where it is hard for you to find it and easy for everyoneelse,, small healthy portions,, start exciring very slow... don't give up!!
