I am almost 300 pounds! How did i let myself get to this?Ive always been bullied for being fat but i never realised how fat i actually am, i always thought i was just a little bit over weight but now the doctor has told me i have to lose atleast 150 pounds! Ive never lost a pound in my life! Please, please help me! What do i do? I want to be able to walk like a normal person instead of waddling or feeling my belly hanging down to touch my thighs! Please, i beg you to help me, ill do anything!

I myself was in the same position as you for so long and at my heaviest in January i was 350lbs. I had weight loss surgery in march, but it is true that it is only a tool. The biggest advice I can give is do like the others told you. Drink water and no fast food or junk. Count calories religiously. I know trust me it gets annoying and it is time consuming, but you have to. The second big thing I have learned is eat protein first! get as much protein in as you can a day, because it helps to burn fat quicker and builds muscle which burns more fat. Also, do not get discouraged necessarilly about the pounds on the scale. You should measure yourself and go off of inches lost more than pounds. Also it was great advice to just start walking maybe 30 minutes a day around your neighborhood, then work up to 45 minutes then an hour. Go at your own pace, but also push yourself. Do not settle for the easiest thing. Trust me it is a struggle everyday but you can do it! if you would like you can email me at softballbabe010@yahoo.com. You make it sound so easy though...Im going to start on monday, as i already failed today by eating A LOT of bad stuff, like a whole pack of chocolate biscuits (816 cals) Two big bowls of choco cereal (Around 500 each) As well as numerous other awful things!

Step 2, change any bad/unhealthy eating habits, you can have 1 bad thing a day for 1 week, the the next week have 1 bad thing per 2 days, or have 1/2 of a bad thing every day, ect... Step 3, WATER! drink nothing but iced cold water,hot/cold tea, and milk.(regular milk, no chocolate, avoid skim milk, high salt level) Step 4. Try and get at least 30 min. of exercise in a day. It could be taking a walk for 30 min, or doing cardio. for 30 min. ect... Step 5. Weigh yourself once a week! I usually weigh myself on saturdays after i pee and before i eat/drink anything. step 6. REALIZE- weightloss takes a bit of time to work but it happenes eventually, and trust me its worth it =D well i wish you goodluck, and if you need anything else just ask :D Whatever tomorrow brings, I`ll be there...<3
