Reply from Sabrina, Age 13 - 07/03/12 - IP#: 174.54.152.xxx Hey Ashley, i just wanted to let you know that if u only eat 1 meal a day your body will go into survival mode and store any fat sugar salt it takes in. basically your body thinks your starving- have at least 3 meals a day andmake them consist of protein, fiber, carbs (none or very little after lunch and have a snack in between meals- cucumbers and cheese, apples and cheese, apples and pb, celery,ect...) keep ur body full of food that is high in fiber (makes u feel fuller) goodluck!<3 ::D Whatever tomorrow brings, I`ll be there...<3
