Ht. 5'4", Start: 148.5 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 130 lb - Ugh! I'm so mad at myself! This summer I was supposed to lose like 10-15lbs, and I've lost like none! I haven't been eating good since the 4th of July. I kind of relapsed into my bad eating habits, and i've incorporated like 0 excersize. I just signed up for Kickboxing classes, but that won't start till like next week. I was supposed to be so different and slim in time for school. but instead i'm exactly the same if not bigger. Where did the summer go???

Ugh I know right? Where did the summer go! But It's okay that you let yourself go, I mean you realized it right!? You just have to get back on track :) I beliebe you can get to your goal weight, you just have to stay positive and stick to exercising and watching what you eat and how much you eat! You can do it :)
