Ht. 5'3.3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 194 lb - Okay... so i have been battling overeating and being fat since i was about 11 i have watched my weihgt go up and up and up it had always made me upset but for some reason i have never done anything about it . i am bigger than all my friends i am very uncomfortable in my body , going out to see people or to parties or anything is a nightmare for me becuase i never feel like i look good . i know that being so overwight affects my body , my mum used to warn me again and again but i never listende it was like i was in denial , i didnt want to hear it . for the past 2 years i have been trying but never lasted or had the willpower to keep going for long enough, but now i am done i have had it i NEED to lose this weight and i am going too . i am so glad i have found this website and i have read the stories for the first time i feel like i can relate . i hope i can get the support i need here. i have strted calorie counting. i know i am going to lose weight and be able to wear what i want and feel comfortable in my body again, and i hope i can help and inspire many people in the same situation as me to lose weight too ... and advice is welcome

thank you so much jessica ... i am doing calorie counting ... and i think i am going to calorie count low carbs low sugar too now that u mention it . there are days that i cry too . its so inspiring to hear that u have lost weight ... i am hoping that i will tooo :) thnx again i really apreciate it and i will deof check out ur website :)

That's great you decided to lose weight. I can relate to what you are saying. I always broke my diets and this time I am not going to break it. I have bad days every now and then but it's just another bump in the road. Just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you can't have cheat days every now and then. Sometimes I do cry if I can't have something but I am happy after for not eating it. I cheat usually once a weekend. In my mind I can cheat during the week or weekend, not both. Also..I found that the two things you really need to look at is the carbs and sugar. I am on a low carb, low sugar diet. I was 232 now I am 218. I recommend it. I have 15 grams of sugar all day (5 per meal) and 6 servings of carbs. Which 20 and under is 1 serving, 21 to 40 is two servings and 41 and above is 3 servings. It's hard at first but you get use to it. A lot of meat doesn't have sugar or carbs. Like, Pork, Chicken, fish, ect...
