This is for the people who haven`t done the contest before and are intrested in doing it, also its for the people who have done this before but who need to 'refresh' their memory...

Okay so here are te 'rules' and basic info. for the contest--
You have 2 weeks to do some legit hardcore training/exercise to lose as much weigh as possibe, but ther is a catch- your weight-loss has to be 100% healthy and no cheating (luing bout your weight,faking exercise, ect...) AND YOU HAVE TO HAVE FUN!!! :D Youcan choose to keep your weight a secret till the end by posting your current weight for the day the weight you started the contest with, OR you can tell us how much your losing and what you weigh-it's up to you :D
