I have binged many times before, but I got myelf back on track tomrrow is a new day to start over!!! if you feel like you have to binge in the next time, I chew sugarless gum tic tacks or sour mints.

That's alright. It takes a while to get strict on your dieting sometimes. But there are a lot of new days ahead for you to stick with it!
