Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - I already fiurged 155 lbs for September!! I am going to do small goals!!! I already know won't make 150 lbs by the end of this mounth I am not beating myself over it!!! my friend James suggested renctly, I do small goals instead of big ones once I reach my goal!!! I am going to dELiA's for my clothes!! yes for 2 pairs of jeans!!! and a ring!! and get my nails done, I ll get new shoess most likely, yes I am just under 5"3 , new hair accessories, a package of new hoop earings!!! hats, I ll get myself fun stuff when I reach my goal!! I am going to save my allonces for stuff when I lose the weight!! I had gained the weight back I wasn't very happy, yup Im the weight when I first came on here I am like ughhhh no no way, can't be Its anyoing , I just want to be out of 160's for good!!! I am fed up with it!!! latley I have this feeling I don't want to eat anything for two mounths,, I say that out of furstion, trust me the anxoria I went through was horrible, I advcie you girls don't try this, I did this cause of a lot of strss was going on with me.. Anxoria is not a good thing for anyone to do, I am like no don't try it just for your safty and health , I already want to get the weight off its not funny.. This message is for girls who are sturggling to lose weight or just to get started.
