Ht. 5'3", Start: 353 lb, Today: 395 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I have been doing better. Until now, I have been gaining weight at a ridiculous rate. Recently, I haven't been. I have been trying to keep from eating the massive portions that I am used to consuming. Today was the first day that I lost control in a while. Today I ate a huge amount. And the sad thing is I feel so good because I ate so much. My stomach started to feel tight and full like I like it to feel after binging all day. Why does it feel so good to just be fat and eat what I want? For breakfast I had 3 biscuits from mcd's and a large coke. For lunch, a huge bag of chips, and a twelve inch pizza. For dinner, a burger, fries, two hot dogs and since dinner I've had more chips, three more cans of coke and two hot pockets. I just can't help myself! I can feel myself going back to my old ways already. I have a doctors appointment in two months to check up on me, because they were very concerned last time with how large I was. I really want my doctor to be impressed instead of disappointed, but I just can't do it. I am happier and stuff if I can binge eat, and I hate getting too fat for my clothes but I don't mind not being able to do some stuff because im fat. I know I'm gonna need new clothes at some point though, as I get fatter j can't really suck in to button my pants and I usually have to lay on my back to button them, but I can't do that at school because I can't stand up from the floor on my own.

I also am a binge eater and i know how hard it is but if your going to binge try eating something a little healtier. drink a couple bottles of water and eat things with fiber because it fills you up. that what i try to do when i want to binge. i know sometimes its hard and its okay to cheat sometimes have a little sweets hear and there, try having frozen yogurt instead of ice cream have sugar free things, making little changes will help

Kathy don't give up!!!! there is a catlog I recmmand!! that you shoud condser!!! dELiA's!!! I used to be a binge eater, weightloss is a learning cruve there is always another day to start over!! Kathy im on here if you want to post something that you help with I am here to help!! cause I have lost my 165 lb mark!! I am still trying to get myself to stay on track!!! just remember we all mess up , don't give up on yourself!! you can do this I know you can!!! what I find very helpful at times when I am going to binge eat, I chew gum sometimes, tic tacks sour mints, cut an outfit from a catalog that will re inspire you!!! Alot of the foods McDonals has is very high and fat, you can get yourself to back on track start fresh!!! Kathy a notebook for calorie coutning food intake, start walking again!!! I w"d try it!!!!
