Ht. 5'1", Start: 165 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone thanks for your last comments, those really helped. In my last blog or whatever you call it I talked about being active but didn't really explain. My parents would consider me lazy and that I was wasting my time if I didn't run the half marathon on Sunday. So of course I'm running it, I'm also doing a triathlon like I did when I was 10. Somehow after all that exercise I am still overweight. It's my eating habits because since I exercised I should be able to eat extra. The point of this blog is that I am wondering if there are any hotlines for overheating? If so PLEASE REPLY!!! Or just reply to talk. Thanks for listening and btw this site should have a chat room NOT for stalkers though.

Hannah: It does have a chatroom. You need to go to either "teen" or "preteen" to go to it. Sometimes, you need to reduce your calorie consumption to a minimum in order to lose. Try eating as little as possible, and DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
