Ht. 5'3", Start: 178 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys ive been trying to lose wight fo a long while and i haven't got very far. toda loads of girls were calling me fat when we were gettin changed. I hate the word fat so much. I found this blog post by a girl who thinks the same. Don't you hate it. Remembeer small portions,lots of excercise
