Ht. 5'2", Start: 248 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Wow, how long has it been since I have been on here? A year? maybe longer. But I just wanted to let you guys know that I am starting insanity on monday, the eating plan and all. Wish me luck, I will start posting weekly again. Names Magen BTW. <3 Everyone here is capable of loosing the weight they wanna loose, I have lost tons of weight I was down prettty low once like 190ish but I just fell off the wagon. :P but ill get it back.
