Ht. 5'4", Start: 205 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Hey guys so I really want to lose weight especially my stomach I think ov running everyday but never do it I eat and eat and I don't really exercise like todayfof breakfast I had 1/2 a muffin then I went to school and had a 2 cinnamon rolls for breakfast and u just kept eating and j can't stop

Shelia you need to get this nonstop eating under cantrol eat only one serving per meal drink lots of water eat healthy make excrise instering and fun!! portion cantrol great idea small goals.
