Ht. 5'8", Start: 330 lb, Today: 370 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I'm pretty severely oversight now my weight is out of control and I can't do much about it I just get fatter and fatter and my belly keeps growing and my clothes are getting smaller and smaller. Walking or getting out of bed is now a workout for me help me please

U can do this!!! family Chriatams meals are really tough.. just be careful to not gain more weight bring ur food jounrail with you
