Eating less certainly helps, but eating healthy is really what does the trick. Substitute junk food (sodas, cakes, doritos, etc.) for plenty of fruits and vegetables. Whole grains are great too (whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, etc.). Not only will this make you lose weight, it will make you feel loads better! You'll have more energy and confidence, I promise you. Also, exercise helps a lot, even if it's just fifteen minutes a day of walking, jogging, stretching, dancing, whatever you like to do! And me, I'm trying to lose bout 65 pounds, but want at least 30 gone before summer. I want to be confident in shorts once again! Good luck!

You lose weight faster and it's just great! It's kinda like Akins diet but Akins only allows 5 grams of sugar & 0 carbs a day. I go by something similar to that but you should check out his book. Jorge Cruise: The Belly Fat Cure. It explains the diet a bit more. He also has a twitter. If you ask questions he will answer back. Its a great diet! You lose weight fast, its healthy.
