Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys :)
So i just wanted to thank ya`ll for helpin me :) its not very often i get discouraged but when i do it hits hard.So thanks a bunch! from now on im only letting myself have one bad thing a day then it will be every 2 days than 3 then 4 then 5 then 6 then 1once every week :D but in time i will be a 'normal' phisique and ill be able o have the hamburger with extra cheese lettus and pickles with a boatload of ketchup and fries and a milkshake and not have to worry about it :) ill get there! for now ill take it pound by pound,inch by inch :) i have- T minus 4 months and 18 days to lose 12 pounds! i can do it :)i WILL do it!

hi there sabrina, it was my pleasure and i am glad u are feeling better, we all get down from time to time but thats okay as long as we pick outselves up ...
i think thats a great idea , to allow urself a couple of cheats just get rid of the "cravings" is better than to constantly cheat .. i have a friend who when she was losing weight would let herself have every Saturday off to eat those little things she had been craving and she said it really helped her motivation .
