It's so unfair how we have to work our butts of to lose a pound and they could eat all the junk in the world and they still look model-skinny. Try jumping rope! Or dancing. You don't need classes, you could also look at dance routines on youtube. And if your ceilings are high enough, you could even jump rope while watching tv. I always try to find exercises I can do while watching tv. Try to get 30 minutes or more of exercise 5-6 days a week. Food wise, make sure you drink 6-8 cups of water. Trust me, it helps so much! My trick is drink water whenever you feel like eating when you probably shouldn't. It's hard at first, but once you get sued to it, you have so much control over it. Don't cry yourself to sleep ok? I did this last summer ALOT because of the way I looked and it was miserable. You're beautiful! Try to distract yourself when your thinking about it. Listen to some music or read a good book. Good luck! BTW Ha I'm the same height and I've lost 12 lbs so far, but you're still 15 lbs lighter than me! Lucky!
