It doesnt mean that you cant have one main goal to aim for but at my heavest (246lbs), small goals like 1 or 2 pounds a week really helped me, and still is my top weightloss tip now :) If you ever want to talk about anything email me on FriendlyWeightlossSupport@hotmail.co.uk ... i know its really stupid but if you ever need any support or advice i'm here aswell as everyone else on the site!

U want to get rid of the fat and gain muscle on ur body! I weighed 181 lbs at my heavest. Its was horriblr e for me it took time but slow and study. Makeur lifestyle fun and mustering for u!
