Ht. 5'3", Start: 167 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - Hello everyone. I'm Emmie and I'm a bit overweight. The problem is, my Mum said when I was 170 pounds that she'd not buy me any more clothes till i got below 165. Even then though, barely any of my clothes fitted me... Now I've gained another 6 pounds and It's all gone to my gut. Literally, no matter what i wear you can see my lowest roll of stomach fat :(
Everyone at school keeps telling me to buy new clothes, none of my jean button (If i do manage to button them the button pops off: Thats happened twice) and I don't have any money to buy new clothes.
What should I do?! Please help, its so embarresing!

I know what ur going through being at 176 lbs or a little bit more. Small healthy portons for meals, snacks, drink lots of water, small minin goals 175 or 174 lbs so that way u won't overwhelmed with ur self, take it easy excrising take it wasy.
your in a size Juniours 15/17/ or 17/18/ I know that was painful for me, but I worked hard at it! rewards not food fun items. Like going to the movies, jewlery, hair accessoriess, mainacrure, do ur nails hair. Something fun to reward after losing 2 -5 & 10 lbs! I know u can do this! I weigh between 152-154 lbs now by hard work staying movated!! food jounral portion cantrol # one key! to sucess of losing wt! u want to lose fat gain muscle.
I know how u feel having clothes barley fitting.
make a minin size goal for clothing as well.
U ll make progess.
