Ht. 5'1", Start: 163 lb, Today: 158.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 112 lb - hi i haven't been on this for a while and i'm happy to be back. lately i haven't feeling really good about myself and there days where i eat a whole bunch then just a little and my stomach which i carry majority of my weight in looks disgusting and gross my thighs are huge so they rub together and my pants rip i gone through 4 pairs of uniform pants this school year and each lasted for like 3 to 4 months that's horrible i hate it. my friends always tell me your not fat but they don't even know my weight i don't really get picked on and i have freinds but i just hate being so big you can never fit some of the clothes you want and or eat without feeling bad afterwards or even look at yourself in the mirror before i could withstand it but now i have gotten bigger and my clothes are getting snug and i just can't take it anymore. if i could get someone like me to talk to or to give me edvice on this it would really mean alot to me.

Hey Abinwi :) The reason you eat a whole bunch and then only eat a little could mean that something in your life is really stressing you. If you're really upset about something, it's easy to turn to food for comfort and eat a whole lot of it, and then when you feel bad about it you only eat a little. If something is bothering you, I think it would be a good idea to find someone you really trust and tell them what it is. They can help you and you won't feel like you need the food so much. A way to help you lose weight is to exercise, even if it's walking a little bit each day or doing pushups, just something to get you moving. And try eating healthier foods, like vegetables and fruits and try not to drink soda. And remember to keep your chin up! You're beautiful, no matter how much you weigh :)
