Reply from Jessica, Age 18 - 08/14/13 - IP#: 76.6.36.xxx You lost 21 lbs that's great news Anling! you keep going keep doing that helped u lose the 21 lbs! keep up the good work! you got 29 lbs to reach your goal!!! you got me more movated! you can lose 2-5 lbs before school starts! my tip for lunch to school is bring a brown bag lunch the serving size per calorie is usually high a lot of times its is. calories per fat is high & cheep lectue can be very leafy at times not always healthy dressings watch out creamy & unhealthy calories per serving size fat calorie my advice is bring a healthy low calorie fat calorie 0 per serving bring a bottle water a water bottle u don't throw out! small healthy portions for snacks Koshi bars or Speical K bars or furit make ur own trail mix making ur own lunch can be fun & instering. lots of water!! 8 glass of water a day keep up the good work! for ur goal w.t. you ll be a size XS 1/2/ or Peitei's 0-1 ! 0r 2. you clumbing that mountain!! keep clumbing I'm happy for you!
