Reply from Jessica, Age 18 - 09/01/13 - IP#: 76.6.36.xxx I 've been doing track for 11/1/2 years it works! your young don't waste your youth, yes eating smaller + healthier is trickey. drink a lot of water, small healthy portions I know what u mean. don't give up girly small mini goals I 'd aim a size 15/1/6 Junior's for dELiA*s measure around the top & bottom area. I know I am a size 11/12/. I used to weigh 181-183 lbs three years ago at 15 close to ur age at the time. I know its was like to be 181-183 lbs. it was painful. take small baby steps u can read my posts if u want to! I remember being around that w.t.. Jessica18.
