Reply from Claire, Age 14 - 12/04/13 - IP#: 174.74.21.xxx Try drinking as much water as you can, especially before meals. Usually about 8-10 cups a day. This really keeps me full. I'm not fond if exercise and I'm about 173 pounds but this has really helped me. Good luck!:)
Reply from hans, Age 57 - 12/02/13 - IP#: 91.5.212.xxx I found that drinking 1 pint of Mineral water before every meal, I eat a lot less, and after 6 month I was down to 180 from 245. and when I get hungry inbetween, I drink Mineral water.
