Ht. 4'9", Start: 115 lb, Today: 115 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 100 lb - Does anyone know why I am not losing weight? I decided to start three weeks ago, when gym and track at school started. I eat the same amount of food, but do about 3 hours of exercise (one in gym, twoo at track) five days a week, but I haven't lost any weight at all! Why?

Remember: exercise is 30%, diet is 70%. The more harmful foods you put in your body, the less if an effect the exercise will have on you. Stay strong 💕

It depend excatly on ehat your eating that might not let you lose weight
