Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 189 lb (BMI: 33), Goal: 108 lb - but another app I been trying to use again which helped me get back to size L-M in my clothing size in the first place I was close to 150 one point it 'll take me 3-4 months which is ok!, lose it app very good app in fact I lost 15-19 I nearly 20 lbs I can do it again!!,. I encourage you teens try it!!,. yes u acess it from your computers! devices.,
