Nicole you can do it!!, I been using the app called Lose it!!, yes you put your current w.t. on there, than goal w.t.!!!, cutting big portions to smaller portions, drinking a lot of water, runkeeper app you can walk or run, slow pace for a starting point, slow running is I 'd do, to get started, 100 lbs isn't relastic goal for you, 104-118 lbs, ideal , but again depends on your body frame, bone type what's in the family also, counting calories, chelo, sodum, sugar, Stand fat, g, serving size, oz, per serving, also,. indgrets, read the labels,!!! portion control is not easy to tackle, you 'll get the hang of it,. I'm the same h.t. only 3 years older than you., bag lunch school lunches they may put sneakey indgrent corn syrup., not good for you,.
