Hey tim. To lose wieght you need to start with simple exercices you do daily, this is not fast but not slow. And you need to change your diet.
Low Carb
No wheat

this isnt the best way but last year i got really skinny by starving myself i made myself really anxious it killed my appitite and i stopped eating
