Hey, i wrote a message on here a week or two ago, saying that i was 228, well now im 215! :) im goign to keep trying, and get as low as i can go! I Have just stayed away from carbs and milk, and im feeling really good. I walk 3 miles almost every day! Keep your fingers crossed that i can keep up with this!

I don't know about keeping my fingers crossed, but I will pray for you. If you're up to 3 miles of walking, I'd try to substitute some of it for some running or jogging. Congratulations on losing weight!!
