You will probably think that i'm stupid for asking this, but i'll ask anyway.
How did you get to be a size 8?
I have been seriously overweight for years now and i just can't lose the weight. I could really use some good tips from a successor. Please help, i don't want to be fat anymore!

hey, well..I am kinda overwieght..im 5'6 and weigh 141...im not FAT but i just feel like i need to lose weight..in in the 8th grade and im young for my age...im in a size 8...but i just feeeel big..ya know? I dont have problems with friends, and i have a great boyfriend...but its not what other people think of me...its how i think of myself. anyway, i just need some advice. thanx
