Tip of the day..."Try eating more often, but more simple. Try eating small amounts every 1 or 2 hours.. such as a banana or apple. fruits and vegtables are the best.. plus.. lots of water! lots and lots!"On a personal level... I benched 270 today.. I was quite happy:)Mr. Dan

Hey. Seems that you're the happy advice guy around here, so I thought that I might partake of that advice. You mentioned before that you lost a lot of weight... how exactly did you do that? I've tried the fad diets and we both know that they don't work and can be harmful... but it's so hard for a busy senior to eat small portions every one or two hours... any suggestion? e-mail me at druid_33@yahoo.com.
