I'm really depressed about my weight!!like really! today after i ate dinner i found myself up in the bathroom throwing it up!thats the first time and i cant believe i did it! i just dont know what to do anymore! i feel like the only way i can actually lose weight is by not eating or throwing it up after! please help me! i dont want to live like this! i weigh 175 and am 5'3"!! i hate how all my friends are tiny! and how they want me to go shopping with them and i refuse cuz i know i will get embarrassed cuz i cant shop at all the small size stores they do:( please! if u have any help for me then PLEASE e-mail me! at hippi_hoe@hotmail.com PLAESE!! thanx for your time

HI my name is Jen and i am 13.I just want to say i know exactly what you are going through! First, just chill!!! Yeah, you may have extra fat on you, but that doesn't mean you're not a person. It doesn't help to throw up. And it doesn't help to starve yourself. If you deprive your body of food, it will go into "starvation mode." That's when it takes what you do eat and stores it as fat because it doesn't know when it'll get more food, so it'll take even longer to lose weight. You NEED food to lose weight. Just eat less of it. Little meals throughout the day should help. If you still feel like you're eating too much, then drink TONS of water. Then you'll feel full. Try switching throwing up for lifting. Lifting weights. Start with about a 5 lb. weight. A good magazine to help you start exercising is "Jump." They have a section on exercising in every issue and even some inspiring stories of other people like you losing weight. You might want to check out "Prevention", too. Just don't look down on yourself. Set a long-term goal for yourself. Then set short-term goals to reach your long-term goal. Remember, don't take it too fast. Remember: GOD LOVES YOU!!!! hey sugar! i feel really sorry for i don't think that u should do that to your self it BAD for u and u shouldn't do it! i that this can't be of much help but it worth a try think of what u have to live for! and i if do throw uop after u eat then i will hunt u down and beat u untill u can't any more and u better belive that i will!!!!!!! cuz i will! so u better stop u dumbass why the H#$l would u do something liek that to your self do u want to die??? cuz u can by doing that and i don't think u do cuz.... well then i'll miss u A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so DON"T and if u do anymore i will hunt u down and beat u like i said!!!!!!!! lots a luv ~meg~
