Ok, for starters i know that the 13 year old girl Farren was only trying to help but geez what ever you do don't listen to her advice. DO NOT half everything you eat then eat the rest the next day IT'S NOT HEALTHY AND IT WON'T HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT.. try eating three meals a day including breakfast because i know how many people skip that, i used to as well but when i started passing out throughout the day i got scared and began to eat in the mornings. Eat healthy foods, i know it's hard but you'll get used to it, and the other thing to do would be to excercise. Not much if you don't want to, but at least do 5 mins a day or 5 in the morning and 5 at night, it'll help and instantly, it may take a while to show on the outside but the inside will be benefitting straight away.

One more thing that is healthy is to drink unsweetened grapefruit juice - Also, this won't taste good but is a good fat burner in the body- add one teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar into a tall glass of water and drink before dinner ONLY. Make sure it is Apple Cider Vinegar. You've heard an apple a day keeps the doctor away- well this vinegar is full of what is in apples. And it eats up fat in anyone's body the healthy way. Also, just add a slice of squeezed fresh lemon in a very cold glass of water with crushed ice is very good- NO SUGAR... This will help just don't drink too much and you must eat good too or you'll feel yucky...

Nobody is that messed up. You are a human being and one of God's Creations. Your heart is what he see's. Keep it right and you'll be fine- Stop for a few minutes, think about some foods you do like that aren't fattening- like salads with lowfat dressings- get in the habit of nibbling on things that have no fat content in them. Just go for a walk every day and night if you can and start eating a lot of fruit, a lot of vegetables without butter or margarine, try and eat some baked fish every week!! tuna is very good for you- just add a very little bit of relish if you like and give up the bread! Just eat a little bit of wholewheat bread. take a vitamin every day- tell yourself you can do it and just start thinking thin today!! We love all of you- all you can do is take one step at a time.. eat Turkey breast too! Eat oatmeal- the kind you cook and put a little honey and milk and raisins in it- its the best thing to eat everyday for breakfast- it is sooooooooooo good for you!! Really.. Please try this- It will help you and remember, someone is praying real hard for you :)

hey, dont worry about it! u wont die.. i kno how u feel tho. listen, all u hav to do is take the food u eat now, and eat half of that. everything u eat, eat half and save half for the next day. exersize if u have time, and no more junkfood,it may take awhile, i kno how u feel!!!!! i hope everything works out, xoxo, faran
