Hi.My name is Lauren, and I am 5'8''. I'm a high school senior, who doesn't appear to be overweight, but I am. I have tried diets, and have failed either because they tell you to eat a certain thing, and cut out the rest, or don't eat at all. My point is that I'm starting college in about 6 months from now, and I would really like a new look. I want a slimmer, more healthier looking me. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Reply from Ariel, Age 15 - 02/20/01 Exercise, cut your food portions is half, and watch the quality of your food, but don't watch it go into your mouth. Drink water, too. I hope this help. One good exercise to do is lunges. People say the Ab Slide works great, too. God Bless!!!
