okay heres the dilly. Im 15 I eat all the time! And like I just have a hard time loosing weight. I love to eat. I have a boyfriend who is like totally half my size it makes me feel hella un comfortable I feel everyone makes fun of me when they dont. I wear hella baggy shtuf. Jusst to hide my self. Im 4'11 quite short and 175 im supposed to be like 85 lbs lighter. ANd its so hard. I need help someone with advice help!
Reply from Steph, Age 14 - 03/16/01 I know how you feel! I skipped lunch today at school, but I ate so much when I got home it probably took the place of lunch times 3! I just can't resist eating junk food and regular, fatty food, or so it seems. I have tried diet after diet, but I just end up eating quadruple the low-fat stuff, which is only 1/2 of the regular foods, which means I ate 2 times what I normally ate! I gained 40 pounds more instead of losing it! I hated myself for awhile because I had reached a record (for me at least) 250 pounds. I haven't lost the weight, but I am trying hard. Reply from Chris, Age 13 - 03/07/01 whenever I see something that looks good,or crave something really fatening, i just think of this girl I like, and it makes deciding whether i will eat it alot easier. when it comes to EVERYTHING in life, people live in the moment, and thinking of something like that will give you a better look at the big picture.
